As an interior designer, my focus is the form and function of a space. I partner with clients to achieve a desired esthetic and design that enhances their lifestyle. Designers collaborate with other professionals—like architects and contractors—as needed, based on the type and scale of the project. Architects’ expertise is in building and structure, so they will be on the project team for additions or new builds. I love space planning and am able to partnership with a structural engineer to relocate interior walls if necessary. A contractor will build from the design plans created by the architect and/or designer.

Each project presents its own unique challenges, so I charge a hybrid of fees. Hourly & flat rate based on time spent working. I begin with an initial proposal before the project is finalized. In this proposal, I review the scope of the work, the budget, and provide a proposed design fee based on projected hours or plans.
